The Elisabeth Hospice in Stadtlohn supports people in their last phase of life. In order to make this dedicated task a little easier, Hoffmann Interior has raised donations for the institution several times in recent years. The company again presented €1,100 to the hospice on 27 July 2020. The idea for the donation came this time from the employees based on the initiative of project manager Christoph Werschmöller. The management immediately decided to double the total sum of €550 that had been raised.
“SupPorting life to the very end” is the mission statement of the Elisabeth Hospice in Stadtlohn. In addition to the care provided by the nursing staff, it also needs financial resources so that terminally ill people can end their life's journey in a dignified manner. That is why Hoffmann Interior has already supported the hospice several times in recent years – most recently at the end of 2019.
Many employees were enthusiastic about the new donation appeal made by project manager Christoph Werschmöller. In the end, the Elisabeth Hospice was to benefit from a sum of €550. The management team at Hoffmann Interior immediately decided to top up this amount with an additional €550.
Hoffmann Interior presented the total sum of €1,100 to the Elisabeth Hospice on 27 July. In addition to the managing directors Jürgen Frechen and Guido Kruthoff, Andreas Terwey from the production management team and the initiator Christoph Werschmöller were also present. Hospital manager Rieke Liesmann accepted the donation and thanked all those involved for their commitment.
For 17 years, the Elisabeth Hospice has been providing inpatient and outpatient care for people whose lives are drawing to a close. They provide a personal yet professional service, allaying the fears and anxieties of the patients and their loved ones to ensure that even the seriously ill are given a dignified goodbye. The financial support from sponsors like Hoffmann Interior makes an important contribution to the continued existence of the institution.
