Hoffmann INSIGHT: New company magazine available

In nature spring stands for a new beginning. And a fresh wind will also be blowing at Hoffmann in spring 2011: to this end we have been getting our Corporate Design into shape, relaunched our Internet presentation and spruced up our in-house magazine, which is now called Hoffmann INSIGHT. In this we regularly report on our current projects.

EuroShop 2011: Impressions

mey bodywear: New store opens in heart of Wiesbaden

Opening its mono-label store here in November 2010 mey bodywear was one of the first tenants to start trading at Wiesbaden’s new shopping complex Dern’sche Höfe. Since then the Swabian underwear specialist has been presenting the current styles in its men’s and women’s wear collections over 76m² of sales space. Store design care of architect’s office CRI Cronauer & Romani is marked by stylish black and white contrasts.

TVG sets new standards with sonnenklar.tv Reisebüro

Ready for take off: Early September the first German flagship store of travel specialist sonnenklar.TV opened its doors. The forward-looking travel agency concept comes care of its umbrella organisation TVG (Touristik Vertriebsgesellschaft mbH). The design was “penned“ by the design team The Store Designers® from Cologne while Hoffmann Ladenbau manufactured the exclusive furniture.

de Bijenkorf shines in new splendour

Located opposite “Madame Tussauds” and just 5 minutes away from Amsterdam’s Central Station is the tradition-rich department store “de Bijenkorf”. In early July 2010 rebuilding started here on the ground floor – and this with business running as usual. The multi-national architect’s office Michelgroup was entrusted with the design and Hoffmann Ladenbau was awarded the technical realisation of the project.

Guido Kruthoff in wm.tv Interview
Within the series of lectures  "Dialog Foreign Trade" the Business Development Association WFG Borken invited a selected audience into the VR-Bank Westmünsterland Borken. The topic "USA - a changing market offers opportunites for German medium-sized businesses" turned the attention on the US-market which is still a very important export country. Guido Kruthoff, manager of Hoffmann Interior GmbH, shared his experience related to the handling of US-projects with the audience.

The regional TV chanel wm.tv reported about the event in the broadcast wm.aktuell.

Kösters: Haus für Wohnkultur – Finer Living Newly Staged

Looking back on a long tradition this Münster-based retail store also relied on Westphalian quality craftsmanship when selecting its project partners: design and project planning came care of Behet Bondzio Lin Architects from Münster while Hoffmann Ladenbau from Rosendahl-Holtwick was entrusted with the production of exclusive one-offs.

Hoffmann Ladenbau nominated as "Masterpiece of the week"

Starting monday the 25th of october the image campaign of the German handcraft presents Hoffmann Ladenbau GmbH & Co. KG in their category Masterpiece of the week („Meisterwerk der Woche“). The outstanding performence of the company stands representatively for the relevance and innovative power of a whole economic sector - Handcraft made in Germany.

Rockport: First concept store opened in Germany

2 September saw the Rockport brand open its first Concept Store at the Hamburg “Elbe-Einkaufszentrum” shopping centre. Developed in partnership with footwear specialist Ludwig Görtz GmbH a prestigious retail concept was realised on 100 m² of space care of Hoffmann Ladenbau. After the concept had initially been tested as a Shop-in-Shop area at several Görtz stores, the time had now come for a stand-alone store concept.

Article published in German trade magazine

The future of selling points is the central topic of actual issue of the German trade magazine POS Ladenbau. The included article about object fitting and shop fitting systems was written by Claudia Hoffmann, who is responsible for marketing at Hoffmann Ladenbau.

Mephisto with new trade fair stand

At the recent footwear fair GDS the shoe specialist Mephisto presented not only its latest spring and summer trends but also a new stand.  The architect who designed the stand was Bodo von der Linde from Bad Dürkheim, and the stand was fitted by Hoffmann Ladenbau.
