As Norbert Hoffmann founded the shopfitting business in 1983 along with his wife, Marlies, and two employees in Legden, he had no idea of the magnitude that the company would one day grow to achieve. As a master carpenter, his desire was simply to turn his passion into a career.

Today, 100 employees, working in a total of 9,700 square metres with the aid of innovative CAD and automated production systems, realise shopfitting projects that reach far beyond the borders of the Münsterland region. New fields of service, such as general business services, as well as shop and store logistics, round off the company's service portfolio.

And the course for the future is also already plotted: In 2006 the longstanding employees Jürgen Frechen and Guido Kruthoff were made managing partners and now manage the company along with Norbert Hoffmann. Marlies Hoffmann has been responsible for human resources from the outset.

The passion of a traditional carpenter, combined with state-of-the-art production and fields of application, result in a mixture that represents the secret of Hoffmann Ladenbau's success – now and in the future.
